Organisational Development
Sue Daniel works with organisations, hospitals and communities to bring about effective group cultures resulting in progressive individual and group functioning through team building, staff development, demonstration or lectures. Methodology includes role theory, psychodrama and a specific sociometric systemic approach.
She works in many countries as well as in Australia; some of these countries in 2006, 2007 and 2008 include Estonia, Brazil, Japan, Singapore, the USA and Austria.
The focus is on the use of experiential methods for the development of people in organisations including crisis teams. The psychodrama method and a systems and role theory approach is employed including sociometry, role training, sociodrama, or group work. The work usually involves half-day seminars, day workshops and residential workshops. Organisations, institutes and community groups can develop new ways of being, so that individuals and the group function in a more effective manner. One to one consultancy is provided especially in the early planning stages of the work.
Workshops, individual sessions, seminars and training days are offered at the Institute, in the workplace or at a specific venue. Consultancy includes leadership training, role training and sociodrama, workplace conflict resolution and strategic planning for teams, group supervision and all aspects of organisational consultancy.
