Consultancy and Organizational Development
Sue Daniel works with organizations, hospitals and communities to bring about effective group cultures resulting in progressive individual and group functioning through team building, staff development, supervision, demonstration or lectures. Methodology includes role theory, psychodrama, sociodrama and a specific sociometric systemic approach.
Sue works in many countries as well as in Australia; some of these countries in 2008, 2009 and 2010 include Japan, USA, Austria, Italy, Brazil, Slovenia and Serbia.
The focus is on the use of experiential methods for the development of people in organisations including crisis teams. The psychodrama method and a systems and role theory approach is employed including sociometry, role training, sociodrama, or group work. The work usually involves half-day seminars, day workshops and residential workshops. Organizations, institutes and community groups can develop new ways of being, so that people can connect with one another and their group can function in a more effective manner. One-to-one consultancy is provided especially in the early planning stages of the work.
Workshops, individual sessions, seminars and training days are offered at the Institute, in the workplace or at a specific venue. Consultancy includes leadership training, role training and sociodrama, workplace conflict resolution and strategic planning for teams, group supervision and all aspects of organizational consultancy.
